Refunds

Once your order has been placed (excluding customized hold orders) your order cannot be cancelled. Returns on non-custom orders are accepted. Items miust be unsued and unworn.

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 48 working hours after your order has been placed. Please allow 3-5 working days delivery time. Due to COVID-19 there could be possible delays.

In order for your Press-On's to look as real as possible, you will need to make sure you order the right size. We have created generic sizing for each set of nails. To know more of an accurate size you can simply use a measuring tape and measure the width of each nail bed, try to stay as close to your cuticle area as possible.
